Hiring: Production Chemist / Associate (Walk-in Interview)

About the Role:
We are conducting a walk-in interview for the position of Production Chemist / Associate at our facility in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity for B.Sc. Chemistry graduates with 0-6 years of experience who are eager to contribute to hands-on pharmaceutical production activities. The selected candidates will be instrumental in executing crucial manufacturing processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital part of our Production team, your duties will include:
- Adhering strictly to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operating and maintaining various production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, pumps, and vacuum systems.
- Accurately charging raw materials, solvents, and other chemicals according to specified procedures.
- Monitoring and meticulously recording critical process parameters, including temperature, pressure, vacuum, agitator speed (RPM), pH, reaction time, addition rate, and nitrogen pressure/flow.
- Performing diverse production operations such as reactions, extraction, washing, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and solvent recovery.
- Ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned, validated, and cleared before initiating operations.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across all production equipment and manufacturing areas.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 0 to 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment.
