We are excited to announce a walk-in interview drive for our state-of-the-art API manufacturing facility in Dahej, inviting skilled and passionate professionals to become a part of our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2 to 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry who possess strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). We are looking for talented individuals across various departments to contribute to our continued success.
Available Opportunities & Key Requirements:
1. Production Department (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive)
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-6 years in API manufacturing operations.
- Skills: Proficient in handling reactors, centrifuges, dryers (GLR, SS), and general plant operations. Strong understanding of BPR, logbook documentation, cGMP, and safety practices.
2. Quality Assurance (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive)
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-6 years in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
- Skills: Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Validation, In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Qualification, Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), and Batch Release. Experience with handling OOS, OOT, Deviations, Change Control, and Market Complaints. In-depth knowledge of cGMP documentation and audit compliance.
3. Quality Control (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive)
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-6 years in pharmaceutical Quality Control.
- Skills: Competent in analytical testing of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process (IP), Finished Products (FP), and Stability samples. Hands-on experience with instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution apparatus, KF titrator, Autotitrator, Potentiometer, and analytical balances. Strong adherence to good documentation practices and cGMP.
4. Analytical Development Lab (ADL) (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive)
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-6 years in Analytical Development.
- Skills: Experience in analytical method development, validation, transfer, stability studies, impurity profiling, and operation of advanced instruments like HPLC, GC, LCMS, and Particle Size Distribution (PSD) analyzers. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines.
- Please Note: The ADL department will be relocating to our Baroda facility within the next six months.
5. Research & Development (R&D) (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive)
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 2-6 years in pharmaceutical Research & Development.
- Skills: Proven ability in process development, optimization, route selection, and scale-up activities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). Understanding of regulatory requirements pertinent to R&D.
- Please Note: The R&D department will be relocating to our Baroda facility within the next six months.
