This state-of-the-art facility is being built to stringent USFDA and EU regulatory standards, reflecting our unwavering commitment to global quality and patient safety. We are expanding our QC Microbiology team and seeking dedicated professionals for this exciting venture.
The Opportunity:
This is an exceptional chance for QC Microbiologists to play a pivotal role in a Greenfield Injectable Project from its foundational stages. You will be instrumental in upholding the highest microbiological quality standards for our injectable products. Our emphasis on USFDA and EU compliance guarantees a cutting-edge work environment focused on continuous professional development within a quality-driven pharmaceutical setting.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished injectable products.
- Conduct environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas and utilities.
- Execute sterility, microbial limits, and bioburden testing.
- Support media preparation, organism identification, and validation.
- Ensure all testing and documentation adhere to cGMP, USFDA, and EU regulations.
- Participate in laboratory investigations, including OOS/OOT events and deviation management.
Who We’re Looking For:
We seek highly motivated and meticulous QC Microbiologists with a strong grasp of pharmaceutical microbiology and aseptic techniques. While specific experience levels are flexible, candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach to quality assurance and a keen desire for growth. Experience within an injectable manufacturing facility or familiarity with USFDA/EU guidelines is a definite asset. A relevant degree in Microbiology or a related life science field is essential.
