Job Summary:
We are actively seeking six highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our Quality Control team. These positions range from Officer to Senior Executive, offering a significant opportunity for growth and contribution within our pharmaceutical formulation plant. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through meticulous analytical testing and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated Quality Control instruments, with a primary focus on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
- Conduct tests using Gas Chromatography (GC), Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), Dissolution apparatus, and UV spectrophotometers.
- Accurately record, analyze, and interpret experimental data, preparing detailed reports in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Contribute to the development and validation of analytical methods.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Quality Control operations within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically at a formulation plant.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating and managing sophisticated QC instruments.
- Strong practical experience with multiple HPLC instruments is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography (GC).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling ICP-OES and/or ICP-MS instruments will be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Dissolution and UV Spectrophotometer testing.
