About the Opportunity
This is a foundational role designed for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the highly regulated and essential parenteral manufacturing sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring the production of high-quality injectable pharmaceutical products, contributing to patient health and safety.
Roles Available:
- Production Trainee (Parenteral Unit): You will be involved in various stages of sterile manufacturing processes, adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities include assisting in batch production, equipment operation, process monitoring, and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Quality Control Trainee (Parenteral Unit): You will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and quality. This involves performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various techniques and instruments. You will also assist in documenting test results, investigating deviations, and supporting overall quality assurance systems.
What We Are Looking For:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Batch Eligibility: Freshers from the 2025 & 2026 pass-out batches
- Gender: Male Candidates Only
- Commitment: A mandatory job commitment of 1 to 1.5 years is required. This commitment ensures you gain comprehensive experience and contribute significantly to our operations.
