About the Opportunity:
We are hosting a Mega Apprentice Walk-In Interview for ambitious individuals to join our Production Department. This is a unique chance for fresh talent to gain invaluable hands-on experience and build a robust foundation in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a world-class facility. Key Responsibilities of an Apprentice:
As an Apprentice in Production, you will be trained to:
- Assist in various stages of the injectable manufacturing process.
- Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support senior technicians and operators in daily production activities.
- Develop skills in equipment operation, maintenance, and quality control.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma holders, or B.Sc (Chemistry) graduates.
- Batch: Preferably candidates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 academic batches.
- Experience: Freshers only, without any prior professional work experience.
- Eligibility: Candidates not currently enrolled under ESIC & EPF schemes (essential for apprenticeship program eligibility).
