The Opportunity: AR Caller
As an AR Caller, you will play a crucial role within our operations, primarily responsible for managing accounts receivable within the healthcare domain. Your core responsibilities will involve communicating effectively with insurance companies, proactively resolving claim denials and underpayments, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments for healthcare services. This position offers a structured environment for continuous learning and professional development, equipping you with essential skills for a successful and impactful career.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate (candidates holding B.E., B.Tech, or L.L.B. degrees are not eligible for this specific role).
- Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, is paramount for effective interaction with clients and insurance providers.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in night shifts to align with our client time zones.
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals ready for immediate joining.
