Department: Quality Control – HPLC

About the Role:
As a Jr. Executive or Executive specializing in HPLC within our Quality Control department, you will play a crucial role in upholding product integrity and compliance. This position involves performing a wide range of analytical tests, meticulous documentation, and proficient operation of advanced laboratory instruments essential for pharmaceutical quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive chemical and instrumental analysis on raw materials, finished products, stability samples, in-process samples, process validation samples, swab/rinse samples, dissolution profiles, and RLD samples.
- Execute analytical method verifications and validations, ensuring all processes are thoroughly documented and comply with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete analytical records, including raw data, in line with company policies and industry best practices.
- Operate, maintain, and meticulously calibrate all Quality Control (QC) laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Initiate and manage Laboratory Incident Reports (LIR), PNC, Out of Trend (OOT), Out of Specification (OOS) investigations, and change control procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inventory management of chemicals, glassware, reagents, columns, and various reference, working, and impurity standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, with a strong focus on HPLC operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Shift Requirement: This role necessitates working in rotational shifts. Due to the specific nature of these operational requirements, we are seeking male candidates for these positions.
