About the Role:
We are conducting an extensive recruitment drive to fill 25 vacancies within our Production Department. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to the efficient and compliant operation of our API production facility. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Candidates for these positions will be involved in, or trained for, a range of production activities, including:
- Operating and handling core production equipment such as Glass Lined Reactors (GLR), Stainless Steel Reactors (SSR), Centrifuges, Driers, Blenders, Shifters, and Milers.
- Engaging in essential documentation reviews to maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: We welcome applicants with 0 to 8 years of experience in API production. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive training.
- Qualification: Any Degree (Pass or Failed) from a recognized educational institution.
- Desired Attributes: A strong commitment to quality, safety, and a proactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority in the selection process.
