We are seeking talented and experienced professionals to join our growing teams across various functions at our state-of-the-art facility in Faridabad, Haryana, and for key sales roles in Delhi. We are actively recruiting for positions ranging from Engineer to Manager levels, requiring 3 to 14 years of relevant experience. Our Faridabad facility has openings in critical areas including:
- Engineering & Maintenance: Specializing in utility systems, plant maintenance, moulding machine upkeep, HVAC, and civil infrastructure.
- Moulding & Production: Expertise in injection moulding machine operation, production planning, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and batch manufacturing for injectables.
- PPC & Purchase: Professionals skilled in SAP, production planning, vendor coordination, P2P, MRP, TPM, CAPEX, and costing processes.
- Quality & Regulatory Affairs: Roles in microbiology (BET, MLT, environmental monitoring), in-process quality control (SPC, MSA), QA/QC management (BMR, process validation, CAPA, ICH/USFDA compliance, HPLC/GC analysis), QMS, ISO 13485, and medical device regulatory requirements for Class 3 devices.
- Automation: Specialists in SPM maintenance, PLC/HMI programming, servo systems, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Finance & Accounts: Experienced Fixed Asset Accounting Managers proficient in FAR management, CAPEX capitalization, and financial reporting.
- Machinist: Operators with skills in milling, surface grinding, and general machining operations.
Qualifications vary by role and include ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering), B.Com, MBA Finance, and CA Inter.
Additionally, we have opportunities in Delhi for Area Business Managers – Key Accounts for our Diagnostics System and VA (Vascular Access) divisions. These roles require 5-10 years of experience in key-account sales within diagnostic or surgical disposable products, with any graduate qualification being suitable.
