About the Opportunity:
We are hosting a walk-in interview for experienced Process Incharges / Sr. Process Incharges (Officer/Executive) in Production, Packing, and Plant Maintenance at our Vasana-Chacharwadi plant. We seek professionals with a strong background in parenteral/injectable manufacturing ready for challenging rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities (Specific to Department):
Production (Parenteral/Injectable):
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness, environmental norms, and process standards in dispensing, mixing, filling, and terminal sterilization areas.
- Execute CIP, SIP, and batch manufacturing processes efficiently and as per Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Stores, and Engineering departments as required.
Packing (Parenteral/Injectable):
- Verify material issuance, quality, and availability, ensuring proper labels and status.
- Ensure line clearance before commencing any packing activities.
- Conduct online packing checks, manage rejections, and train personnel in critical operations like visual inspection.
Plant Maintenance (Parenteral/Injectable):
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and execution.
- Verify PM checklists, equipment logbooks, spares, and maintenance documentation for compliance.
- Manage Work Request Forms (WRF), spare requirements, and CAPA actions, ensuring cGMP adherence.
Qualifications:
- UG: Diploma, B.Pharma, B.Tech / B.E., B.Sc in any specialization.
- PG: PG Diploma, MS/M.Sc (Science), M.Pharma in any specialization.
- Relevant experience in parenteral/injectable manufacturing operations is essential.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
- Excellent understanding of the working area and processes.
- Proactive, a quick learner, and capable of decision-making.
- Strong team player with good communication skills, capable of training team members.
