We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Production Operators to join our Custom Synthesis team. Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your primary duties will include:
- Executing manufacturing processes strictly in accordance with Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performing hands-on operations such as material charging, precise reaction monitoring, filtration, and drying.
- Operating and meticulously monitoring various production equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, driers, and filtration units.
- Managing and overseeing temperature-control systems, encompassing cooling, chilling, brine, and heating operations.
- Providing essential support for routine API and intermediate production activities.
- Ensuring stringent adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all established industrial safety procedures.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate production practices and comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Candidates must possess an ITI or AOCP certification.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in production operations is required.
- Industry Preference: We highly prefer candidates from CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), API manufacturing, intermediate manufacturing, or multi-product manufacturing industries.
- Skills: Proven expertise in API/intermediate production operations, specifically with reactor operations, chemical processing, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and temperature-control systems. A strong understanding of BPRs, SOPs, GMP, and industrial safety is essential.
