The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Officer – Executive in Parenteral – Quality Management Systems (QMS) to join our manufacturing facility in Halol, India. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to maintaining and enhancing our stringent quality standards within our parenteral operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital part of our QMS team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough investigations into Quality Systems events such as Unplanned Deviations (UPD), Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, and Environmental Monitoring (EM) excursions.
- Efficiently managing Change Control processes and ensuring timely and effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Actively participating in and supporting preparations for regulatory and FDA audits, demonstrating a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- Applying comprehensive knowledge of equipment operations and principles relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices in aseptic operations within the sterile manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s (B.Pharma) or Master’s (M.Pharma) degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Quality Management Systems, specifically within the parenteral manufacturing segment of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience in handling UPD, OOS, OOT, EM investigations.
- Proficiency in change control and CAPA management.
- Preferable exposure to regulatory and FDA audits.
- Solid understanding of equipment operations and principles.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic operations.
