We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Freshers to join our Injectable Manufacturing Facility as Production Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for recent Diploma graduates to gain invaluable hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in pharmaceutical production, contributing to vital processes that ensure product integrity and efficacy.
Position: Operator – Production
Work Location: Karkapatla, Telangana (Hyderabad region)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing processes, performing crucial tasks such as:
- Executing vial filling and sealing operations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Performing essential line clearance, machine setup, and changeover procedures.
- Conducting filtration, filling, sealing, and stoppering activities for injectable products.
- Managing garment washing and vial washing processes to maintain sterile environments.
- Operating advanced autoclave equipment for sterilization.
- Assisting with specialized ophthalmic and suspension operations.
- Executing lyophilizer operations for freeze-drying processes.
- Participating actively in various shop-floor production activities, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Experience: Freshers (no prior industry experience required). We are looking for eager learners ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding career.
