Job Profile: Quality Control Specialist
We are looking to fill positions at the Chemist / Senior Executive level within our vital Quality Control (QC) Department. Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Chemistry from a recognized institution. A critical requirement for these roles is 2 to 6 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical quality control operations.
Key Requirement: HPLC Expertise
A paramount skill for these positions is extensive experience with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and performing analysis using HPLC systems. This instrumental technique is crucial for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of various compounds, ensuring the purity and potency of pharmaceutical products. Core Responsibilities
As a Quality Control professional, your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks designed to uphold our stringent quality standards:
- HPLC Analysis and Testing: Conduct routine and complex analyses using HPLC to verify the quality and consistency of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Laboratory Operations: Manage and execute day-to-day Quality Control laboratory operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to all operational procedures.
- Analytical Testing & Documentation: Perform a variety of analytical tests beyond HPLC, meticulously record all observations, data, and results, and prepare comprehensive reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure all laboratory activities, testing methodologies, and documentation strictly comply with internal quality standards, pharmacopeial requirements, and relevant regulatory mandates.
- Pharmaceutical Sample Analysis: Handle and analyze various pharmaceutical samples, interpreting results accurately and contributing to the release of safe and effective medicinal products.
