Key Job Responsibilities will encompass:
- Injection Moulding Operations: Responsibilities include setting injection moulding machine parameters, planning production schedules, managing manpower, and executing both injection and injection blow moulding operations.
- Production & Process Control: Operating production machines, establishing and monitoring process parameters, managing printing, assembly, and vision inspection machine operations, and conducting thorough line clearance activities.
- Quality & Documentation: Applying expertise in plastic moulding processes, conducting quality control and rejection management, maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and ensuring accurate production records and reports.
- Compliance & GMP: Upholding strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions, along with maintaining company quality and safety standards and ensuring compliance with established manufacturing procedures.
- Inspection & Monitoring: Performing periodic inspections of products from multiple machines, identifying and escalating any uncontrollable quality issues to supervisors, and actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
Eligibility Criteria and Suitable Candidates:
This opportunity is ideally suited for ITI Fitter freshers and experienced professionals, Diploma Mechanical graduates, Injection Moulding Machine Operators, and professionals from Plastic Manufacturing backgrounds. QC and QA professionals with prior manufacturing exposure, especially those interested in Medical Device Manufacturing, are also strongly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant industry experience and demonstrable skills in machine operation, quality inspection, and documentation.
