Walk-In Interview Details
Prospective candidates are invited to attend the interview on Sunday, June 14, 2026. The interviews will be held from 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM at the Indore Plant, located at Plot No. 113, Smart Industrial Park (SIP), Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. All selected candidates will be based at the Pithampur facility.
Open Positions and Desired Candidate Profiles
Encube Ethicals is looking to fill various roles across key departments. Candidates with experience in semi-solid dosage forms are particularly encouraged to apply and must be willing to work in shifts. Fresh graduates holding final-year marksheets for eligible qualifications may also apply.

Production – Filling & Packing
- Officer (B.Pharm, 2-6 Years Experience): Ideal candidates will have a strong background in semisolid or topical dosage manufacturing, proficiency in filling and packing operations, and a solid understanding of GMP compliance and production documentation.
- Operator (Diploma / ITI Mechanical / Fitter, 2-6 Years Experience): Individuals with hands-on experience in filling and packing machinery are sought for this role.

Quality Assurance (QMS, Lab QA, IPQA, Cleaning Validation)
- Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive (M.Pharm / B.Pharm, 2-8 Years Experience): This department seeks professionals with expertise in QMS activities, Lab QA, In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), cleaning validation, and comprehensive documentation and compliance management.

- Executive (B.E. / B.Tech Electrical, 5-8 Years Experience): Requirements include experience in utility systems maintenance, Building Management System (BMS) operations, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
