Open Positions for Experienced Professionals:
The company is looking to fill critical roles across its Production and Quality departments.
1. Production Department (OSD Formulation)
- Designation: Technician
- Required Education: ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Experience Needed: 2 to 5 years
- Core Skills Required: Candidates must possess practical experience in operations related to Granulation, Capsule Filling, Compression, Coating, or Packing lines within an OSD formulation environment.
2. Quality Department (QA / QC / IPQA)
- Designations: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive / Senior Executive
- Required Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc.
- Experience Needed: 3 to 12 years (experience requirements will vary based on the targeted hierarchical role)
- Core Skills Required:
- Quality Assurance (QA): Expertise in IPQA audit trails, Validation processes (including Continued Process Verification – CPV), and robust Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance.
- Quality Control (QC): Proficiency in the analysis of Finished Goods (FG), Stability testing, and performing standard in-process checks.
