Aragen Biologics Solutions is currently seeking talented professionals to join its Upstream Manufacturing – Biologics department in Bommasandra, Bengaluru. The company has four immediate openings for the roles of Executive and Senior Executive in Upstream Manufacturing.
These positions are ideal for candidates with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in the biologics sector. Successful applicants will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Biotechnology, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in the field.
The core responsibilities for these roles revolve around critical aspects of Upstream Manufacturing. Candidates must possess significant expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques, including hands-on experience with single-use bioreactors. A thorough understanding of process scale-up principles and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes.
Beyond direct manufacturing skills, the roles require proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and comprehensive documentation practices. Applicants should be adept at handling deviations, meticulously preparing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing various qualification documents.
