The recruitment drive is specifically for freshers across several key departments. For Production (API) roles, candidates should possess a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, a B.E. or B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering, a Diploma in Chemical engineering, or an ITI (AOCP) qualification. Aspirants for Production (Fermentation) are required to have a B.Sc., M.Sc., or B. Tech. in Biotechnology. Engineering Services (Water System) positions are open to individuals holding a Diploma or ITI, while Quality Control (Micro) applicants must have an M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biochemistry.
Selected candidates will embark on a structured career path, beginning with a three-month internship period, during which they will receive a stipend. Upon successful completion of the internship, individuals will be designated as Trainees and placed at an appropriate company facility. The initial training will take place at the Macleods Centre of Excellence in Sarigam, near Vapi, Gujarat. It is imperative that all applicants are prepared for immediate joining and are willing to undertake shift duties.
