Open Positions & Key Requirements:
- Production Officers (Assistant Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer): For ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc candidates with 2-8 years of experience. Essential skills: granulation, blending, compression, and coating. Fette Bi-layer machine experience preferred.
- Production & Packing Executives (Executive / Sr. Executive): B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduates with 3-10 years of experience. Responsibilities: granulation, blending, compression, coating, and all packing operations.
- Production Leadership (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager): Experienced B.Pharm or M.Pharm professionals (8-15 years). Requires strong capabilities in shift management, manpower handling, production planning, execution, and documentation review.
- Entry-Level Production & Packing (Assistant Officer / Officer – Fixed Term): Opportunities for ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc candidates with 0-2 years of experience. Roles offer exposure to granulation, blending, compression, coating, and primary & secondary packing.
Core Responsibilities:
