This is a prime opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to a specialty pharmaceutical company. The company is hosting a walk-in interview to recruit talent for various crucial functions including Manufacturing, Packing, Maintenance, Stores, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
Available Opportunities:
- Manufacturing & Packing:
- Associate/Operator: Candidates with a 10th/12th grade education plus an ITI, Diploma, or D. Pharm are eligible, requiring 2 to 10 years of experience. Essential skills include knowledge of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations like granulation, pellet coating, and packing.
- Sr. Officer/Officer: Requires a B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree and 2 to 8 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, including primary and secondary packing.
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Sr. Officer/Officer: A B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree is necessary, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in IPQA, AQA, and DRA.
- Quality Control (QC):
- Sr. Officer/Officer: Applicants should hold a B.Sc./M.Sc., B. Pharm, or M. Pharm degree with 3 to 8 years of experience. Proficiency in the analysis of solid oral samples and expertise with instruments like HPLC and UV spectrophotometers is crucial.
- Stores (Warehouse):
- Associate: ITI / D. Pharm qualified professionals with 4 to 10 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in Raw Material & Packing Material sections and currently be working in a Pharma Formulation Plant.
- Maintenance:
- Sr. Officer/Officer/Assistant (Plant Maintenance / HVAC): Qualifications include B.E (Electrical) for Sr. Officer/Officer roles, and ITI Electrical Trade for Assistant roles, with 2 to 12 years of experience. Key skills involve maintenance of manufacturing and packing process equipment such as Granulation, Compression, Coating, Blister and Strip Machines, Powder & Bulk packing lines, and familiarity with GMP documentation.
