Ipca Laboratories Ltd is inviting fresh talent to a walk-in recruitment drive for its Production Department. This is a significant opportunity for recent graduates and diploma holders to commence their careers in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
The walk-in interview is scheduled for Saturday, 27th June 2026, taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All interested and eligible candidates should report to the designated venue: Ipca Laboratories, Plot No. 16–22, Industrial Area No.1, AB Road, Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must possess either a B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. This drive is specifically targeting freshers who have passed out in the academic years 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
Career Development and Benefits:
Selected candidates will undergo a structured 3-month Training Program at the company’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Dewas, focusing on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). During this comprehensive training period, a competitive stipend of ₹12,300 per month will be provided. Additionally, trainees will benefit from complimentary canteen and bus facilities.
Upon the successful completion of the training, individuals will be considered for absorption into various company locations, based on their performance, compatibility, and acquired skills. Post-absorption, the Cost to Company (CTC) for these roles is projected to range between ₹2.5 Lakhs and ₹3.45 Lakhs per annum, as per company policy and skill assessment.
