About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Coders to join our growing team. This is a crucial role in our mission to improve healthcare data accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for translating medical documentation into standardized codes, supporting our diverse range of healthcare information management services. Both certified and non-certified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assign appropriate medical codes (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS) based on physician documentation and medical records.
- Perform medical record abstraction to identify relevant clinical information.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, regulations, and company policies.
- Contribute to the accuracy of risk adjustment coding and data validation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding discrepancies and improve documentation quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or Pharm D (passed-out graduates only).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Medical coding certification is a plus but not mandatory for consideration.
