We are hiring for Quality Control, Production(Packing), PPIC, Quality Assurance & Engineering roles for experienced professionals in formulations for our Unit-XII.
Aurobindo Pharma Limited is actively seeking dedicated professionals for various positions within our formulations unit, Unit-XII. We are looking for experienced candidates across several departments and also offer opportunities for fresh graduates in Microbiology.
Below are the detailed vacancies:
1. Production (Packing)
- Area: QMS / Documentation
- Positions:
- Executive: 2 to 6 Years Experience
- Assistant Manager: 10 to 14 Years Experience
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Key Skills: OSD packing, QMS activity handling, management of market complaints, data collection, deviation investigation, change controls, OOS/OOT handling, and validation documentation.
2. PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
- Area: Planning
- Positions: Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: Any Post Graduation
- Experience Required: 4 to 10 Years
- Key Skills: Exposure to process flow and activities in formulations, strong computer proficiency, and knowledge of various planning tools.
3. Engineering
- Area: Process Maintenance (Injectables)
- Positions: Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, EEE, ECE, or EIE)
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years
- Key Skills: Expertise in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of injectable machinery (including Autoclaves, Tunnel Sterilization, Vial washing, Vial filling, Sealing machines), along with knowledge of PLC & SCADA-based equipment.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Area: Qualification & Validation
- Positions: Senior Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
- Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of utilities qualification (such as Air Handling Units, Compressed air, Nitrogen gas, Water systems) and proven exposure to regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA).
5. Quality Control (QC)
- Area: Instrumentation & Calibration
- Positions: Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc (Instrumentation) / B.Tech or B.E. in Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
- Key Skills: Proficiency in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of various QC instruments (including HPLC, GC, Balance, Stability chambers, KF, FTIR, DSC, LCMS, UV, Dissolution apparatus).
6. Microbiology (For Freshers)
- Area: Microbiology Lab
- Positions: Trainee
- Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
- Experience Required: Freshers (0 Years)
- Key Skills: Basic knowledge of microbiology techniques, media preparation, environment monitoring, bioburden, MLT, BET, and PET.
