1. Executive, Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA)

We are looking for an experienced Executive to bolster our Analytical Quality Assurance team. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within our analytical operations.

  • Qualification: M. Pharmacy
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in formulation.
  • Working Location: Balanagar

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing analytical data for method development, stability, and method validations (Assay, Dissolution, Related Compounds test results), and ensuring accuracy of Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  • Reviewing and approving analytical documents such as specifications (spec), Standard Testing Procedures (STPs), and reports.
  • Ensuring Analytical R&D (ARD) lab activities strictly comply with GMP, GLP, and data integrity principles.
  • Handling change controls, Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, Deviations, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to analytical activities.
  • Verifying calibration and qualification status of all analytical instruments.
  • Maintaining meticulous laboratory records, logbooks, and usage logs.
  • Participating in internal audits and preparing for external regulatory inspections (e.g., US FDA, EU GMP).
  • Ensuring proper documentation and stringent control of records as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Coordinating with ARD, Formulation R&D (FRD), and other departments for overall quality compliance.
  • Ensuring robust backup data procedures for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems.

2. CRD Research Associate (Synthesis Chemistry)

We are seeking a skilled CRD Research Associate to contribute to our synthesis chemistry operations. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in organic synthesis within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting.

  • Qualification: M. Sc – Organic Chemistry
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience, specifically within a CRO environment.
  • Working Location: Pashamylaram

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in organic synthesis and multi-step synthesis, adept at handling reactions from milligram to gram scale.
  • Sound knowledge of isolation, separation, and purification techniques.
  • Competence in characterizing and identifying organic molecules using spectroscopic techniques like NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC.
  • A positive, confident individual with a strong work ethic, capable of effective collaboration.
  • Preference for male candidates and immediate joiners.

3. Analytical R&D – Research Associate

We are hiring an Analytical R&D Research Associate with expertise in formulation development, integral to our analytical team supporting both CRO projects and in-house formulation initiatives.

  • Qualification: M. Pharmacy (Analytical) or M.Sc. (Analytical)
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience, specifically within formulation development.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Developing analytical methods for CRO/in-house formulation development (OSD/Liquid Orals), covering tests like Assay, UOD, RS, Dissolution, and Cleaning method and content.
  • Preparing Analytical Test methods, Specifications, and Method Development Reports.
  • Conducting method validations and preparing associated protocols and reports.
  • Maintaining excellent documentation and laboratory practices.
  • Preference for male candidates and immediate joiners.
