Formulation and Filling – Officer/Executive
Candidates for the Officer/Executive positions in Formulation and Filling will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of production processes. Responsibilities include the precise operation and meticulous maintenance of sophisticated equipment such as vessels, filtration units, autoclaves, vial washing machines, and dehydrogenation tunnels. A deep understanding and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are paramount. Furthermore, successful candidates will be tasked with continuous monitoring and rigorous control of critical process parameters to guarantee the consistent quality and uniformity of the manufactured products. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Quality Control (Product Testing) – Officer/Executive :-
The Quality Control Officer/Executive specializing in Product Testing will be central to ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products. Analysts in this role must possess comprehensive expertise in conducting a variety of assays, including advanced cell-based assays, accurate virus titration, real-time PCR (RTPCR), and diverse immuno-chemical assays. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting essential laboratory instruments such as pH meters, analytical balances, Karl Fischer titrators, Real-time PCR machines, and ELISA readers is also required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong technical knowledge and practical experience in the in-process, drug substance (DS), and drug product (DP) testing, release, and stability analysis of bacterial vaccines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Plant Operator (Ampoule/Vial/PFS /Filling & Formulation)
As a Plant Operator in Ampoule/Vial/PFS Filling & Formulation, individuals will be instrumental in the sterile production line. Key responsibilities involve the skillful operation of aseptic equipment critical for various stages, including washing, sterilization, filling, and lyophilization processes for ampoules, vials, and pre-filled syringes (PFS). Strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is essential to maintain product sterility and quality. Operators will also be responsible for accurately recording batch data, effectively coordinating with Quality Assurance (QA) and Maintenance teams, and actively supporting troubleshooting efforts to ensure smooth and uninterrupted sterile production operations.
