We are looking to fill various positions within the Formulation Production Department, specializing in the manufacturing of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products. Ideal candidates will demonstrate comprehensive hands-on expertise across several critical manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The key areas of operation for these roles include:
- Granulation: Candidates should have proven proficiency in both wet and dry granulation techniques, understanding their importance in achieving uniform particle size distribution and optimal compressibility of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Compression: Expertise in tablet compression operations is essential, encompassing machine setup, operation, troubleshooting common issues, and performing stringent in-process quality checks to maintain product integrity.
- Coating: Experience in various tablet coating processes, particularly film coating, is required. This involves ensuring product stability, enhancing aesthetic quality, and optimizing release characteristics.
- Capsule Filling: Proficiency with automated capsule filling machines is crucial, including their operation, routine maintenance, and strict adherence to dosage accuracy and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
We are specifically targeting experienced professionals with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing. Successful candidates will be adept at executing complex production plans, meticulously adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, and contributing significantly to a highly efficient and quality-driven production environment. A strong understanding of regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies is paramount for these roles.
