The company is currently recruiting for Research Associate and Senior Research Associate positions. Ideal candidates will hold an M.Pharmacy or M.Sc degree and possess relevant professional experience ranging from 2 to 6 years.
Key responsibilities and required skills for these roles include:
- Analytical Testing: Performing comprehensive dissolution analysis, including multimedia, regular release, and stability studies for finished products. Candidates will also conduct HPLC analysis (Assay, Related Substances content, etc.) on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Method Development & Validation: Independently executing analytical method development and validation processes, ensuring strict adherence to current regulatory guidelines.
- Quality Control & Documentation: Carrying out routine Quality Control (QC) analysis and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. This involves preparing and reviewing analytical reports, validation protocols, and summary reports.
- Instrument Management: Handling the calibration, qualification, and troubleshooting of various analytical instruments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all activities align with ICH, GMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Industry Experience: Prior exposure to regulated pharmaceutical or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environments is highly valued.
- Investigation Skills: Experience in managing and investigating Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and deviation instances.
