The company has announced a walk-in interview drive for various positions at its state-of-the-art R&D Centre located in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. Biophore is specifically looking to fill positions in two key departments:
Open Positions & Requirements:
1. Trainees (Analytical Research & Development Validations)
- Qualification: Candidates must hold an M. Pharmacy degree.
- Experience: This role is open to freshers, particularly those who have completed their degrees in 2025 or are expecting to graduate in 2026.
- Core Skills: Prospective trainees should demonstrate a foundational understanding of analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV). Strong academic performance and effective communication skills are also essential for this role, which focuses on the validation aspects within AR&D.
2. Jr. Executive / Executive (Quality Assurance – API)
- Qualification: Applicants should possess a B. Pharmacy, M.Sc., or M. Pharmacy degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) domain is required.
- Core Skills: Key responsibilities for this position include reviewing Analytical Method Validation documents and a comprehensive understanding of QA systems. This includes experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), change control processes, deviation management, and document control within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
