Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the primary contact for inquiries on online shopping, identity verification, account security, and purchase orders. You’ll assist customers via phone, chat, and email, leveraging tools for real-time solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues, preventing fraud, and problem-solving without scripts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Applicants need strong verbal and written English and Hindi, computer proficiency, and adaptability to multiple systems. Flexibility for varying shifts (Monday-Sunday, including late night/overnight) and punctuality are crucial.
