QC – Chemist (Quality Control)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Experience: 4–6 Years
- Responsibilities: Key tasks include testing raw materials, bulk products, and finished cosmetic products; conducting routine laboratory analyses; ensuring adherence to quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and meticulously maintaining laboratory documentation.

QA – NABL (Quality Assurance)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Experience: 4–6 Years
- Responsibilities: This role involves preparing Quality Assurance documentation; developing and sustaining SOPs; conducting internal quality audits; and providing support for NABL assessment activities and broader regulatory compliance.

Chemist – Globules (Production)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Responsibilities: Responsibilities include executing batch manufacturing activities in strict accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs; monitoring production processes; handling raw material dispensing, mixing, and batch processing; and ensuring overall Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.

AM – Engineering Maintenance / Project (Engineering Maintenance)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
- Experience: 10+ Years (in Pharma)
- Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager will lead utility, maintenance, and engineering project activities; plan and execute both preventive and breakdown maintenance; monitor maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory; and manage contract manpower effectively.

Jr. Officer – Electrical (Engineering Maintenance)
- Qualification: ITI (Electrician)
- Experience: 8+ Years (in Pharma)
- Responsibilities: Duties include maintaining electrical systems, motors, lighting, various utilities, and electrical panels; troubleshooting electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted operations; performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment; and ensuring full compliance with electrical safety standards.
Essential Skills for Candidates:
Prospective candidates should possess robust experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a strong understanding of GMP documentation. Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are vital, alongside comprehensive knowledge of quality systems and production processes. For engineering roles, expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance is a prerequisite. Additionally, good communication and teamwork skills are essential across all positions.
