Open Positions Across Key Departments:
Quality Control (QC):
Opportunities are available for Officer / Sr. Officer / Jr. Executive roles requiring 3-9 years of experience, Executive / Sr. Executive with 6-10 years, and Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager positions for those with 12-16 years of experience. A Master of Science (M.Sc) qualification is preferred. Responsibilities include operating instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and Dissolution, along with managing LIMS activities, OOS, OOT, CAPA, Change Control, Audit Compliance, Stability studies, AMV, AMT, and GLP functions.
Production:
For Production, roles range from Officer / Sr. Officer (2-5 years experience, B.Sc / B.Pharm) focusing on Granulation, Compression, Coating & Packing supervision, to Executive / Sr. Executive (Shift In-charge, 10-14 years experience, B.Pharm / M.Pharm) overseeing entire production shifts. Operator / Sr. Operator (2-5 years experience, HSC / D.Pharm / B.Sc) positions are available for hands-on machine operations in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Blister Packing. Freshers holding D.Pharm, B.Sc, or ITI qualifications are encouraged to apply for Trainee Operator roles.
Quality Assurance (QA):
The QA department is seeking professionals for Executive / Sr. Executive (6-10 years experience) and Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (12-16 years experience) positions. Preferred qualifications include B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. Key responsibilities involve investigation leadership, audit and compliance, documentation, QMS, AQA, Plant QA, and IPQA.
Engineering:
Engineering roles include Officer / Executive (4-8 years experience, DME / BE) for Process Maintenance, Officer (3-4 years experience, B.Sc / Chemical Engineering) specializing in ETP/STP Operations, and Fitter / Electrician (4-6 years experience, ITI / DME) for Plant Maintenance. Additionally, candidates interested in Purchase and DQA departments may also share their resumes.
Eligibility Criteria & Important Considerations:
Applicants for experienced positions must possess relevant experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, specifically in regulated formulation companies that are USFDA, MHRA, and EU-approved. Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, and EU regulatory audits is mandatory for applicable roles. Freshers are eligible solely for Trainee Operator positions within Production. All prospective candidates should demonstrate strong technical knowledge pertaining to their functional area, alongside excellent communication and documentation skills.
