Open Positions and Responsibilities:
The company is looking to fill multiple positions across key departments. Preference will be given to male candidates with experience in regulatory API manufacturing plants.

Production:
- Operators/Charger Men (SSC / Intermediate, 0–5 Years): Responsibilities include operating API production equipment, performing charging and manufacturing activities, adhering to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining production documentation, and ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Officers/Executives (B.Sc. / B.Pharm / Any Graduation, 0–3 Years): Focus on overseeing production processes and related activities.

Production (Documentation) (B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Sc., 5–10 Years): Key responsibilities involve preparing and reviewing BMRs, developing process validation protocols and reports, managing cleaning validation documentation, conducting MACO calculations, and preparing investigation and regulatory reports.

Engineering & Maintenance:
- Fitter/Electrician (ITI, 1–2 Years): Fitters will handle routine, preventive, and production maintenance, maintaining equipment and utilities. Electricians will carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring uninterrupted utility operations.
- Engineers (B.Tech / Diploma, 1–4 Years): Primarily responsible for mechanical maintenance of reactors, AHUs, and plant equipment, executing preventive maintenance, and maintaining engineering documentation.

Safety (Any Degree, 3–5 Years): Duties include monitoring shift safety activities, ensuring compliance with EHS policies, maintaining safety records, and promoting workplace safety initiatives.

ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) (Intermediate / Any Degree, Fresher / Operator): Roles involve operating and monitoring ETP systems, maintaining ETP documentation, and ensuring environmental compliance and wastewater treatment operations.
Essential Skills:
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of API manufacturing processes, knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical documentation. Equipment handling and troubleshooting skills are crucial. Specific to documentation roles, knowledge of validation and quality systems is vital. Engineering positions require mechanical, electrical, or utility maintenance expertise.
