About the Opportunity:
We are hosting a focused Walk-In Drive in Chennai for experienced individuals across various functions, including Production, Quality Control, Engineering, and Packing. Walk-In Interview Details:

Open Positions & Requirements:
1. Executive/Senior Executive – Maintenance Engineering (OSD)
- Experience: 2-7 years in the Pharma Industry.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
- Job Location: Bangalore.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD production and packing equipment (e.g., Fluid Bed Driers, Compression Machines, Coating Machines, Blenders, RMG, Capsule Filling Machines, Blister Packaging, Serialization equipment). Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, TPCS, and SCADA systems.
2. Executive/Senior Executive – Packing (OSD)
- Experience: 2-8 years in Pharma/FMCG industry.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
- Job Location: Bangalore.
- Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), auger filling, auto-cartoning, case packing, palletizing, serialization, and end-of-line packaging equipment. Perform machine setups, changeovers, and resolve mechanical/electrical issues to maximize uptime. Expertise in pneumatic, servo, PLC/HMI, robotic, barcode, and vision inspection systems is essential.
3. Executive: Production (OSD)
- Experience: 2-5 years in the Pharma Industry.
- Qualification: B.Pharm | M.Pharm.
- Work Location: Bengaluru.
- Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute granulation production activities. Prepare and review In-Process Manufacturing Records (IMR) & Batch Filling Records (BFR). Ensure daily cleaning activities and adherence to machine preventive maintenance schedules.
4. Executive: Quality Control (OSD)
- Experience: 2-5 years in the Pharma Industry.
- Qualification: B.Pharm | M.Sc.
- Work Location: Pondicherry.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct analysis of Raw Materials, Finished Products, Stability Samples, and Packaging Materials for OSD. Possess expertise in handling HPLC and calibrating analytical equipment. Ensure strict adherence to GLP compliance, data integrity, and safety protocols.
