We are seeking a skilled Team Member for Visual Inspection (VI) & Packing, with a specialization in Pen Assembly, to join our Injectable Manufacturing unit. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the delivery of high-quality injectable products through precise visual inspection, efficient packing operations, and strict adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Visual Inspection (VI) activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all regulatory standards.
- Operate and provide comprehensive support for Pen Assembly and general Packing processes.
- Uphold current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), maintain data integrity, and ensure robust safety standards.
- Accurately maintain all production documentation and batch records.
- Actively support initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in Injectable Manufacturing, Visual Inspection, or Packing Operations, with specific expertise in Pen Assembly (IMA).
- A strong understanding of GMP principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
