Key Requirements and Important Information
Experience in dry powder injection manufacturing is a paramount and strictly mandatory requirement for all applicants. Candidates without relevant experience in this specialized area may not be considered.
Available Positions Across Departments:
Production Department: We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Production team. Roles include:
- Officer/Executive: 2-5 years of experience. Must have hands-on experience in dry powder injection vial filling, aseptic area operations, and handling of manufacturing equipment. A strong understanding of cGMP guidelines and batch documentation is essential.
- Supervisor/Assistant Manager: 5-8 years of experience. Leadership experience in managing a team, overseeing production schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and troubleshooting process issues in a sterile injectable environment.
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Sc.
Quality Assurance (QA) Department: Opportunities for meticulous and detail-oriented professionals. Roles include:
- Officer/Executive: 3-6 years of experience. Focus on IPQA, OQA, documentation review, QMS activities (Change Control, CAPA, Deviations), and batch release activities for sterile formulations, specifically dry powder injections.
- Assistant Manager: 6-10 years of experience. Expertise in handling regulatory audits, leading QMS initiatives, validation & qualification activities (CSV, equipment, process, cleaning), and ensuring overall quality compliance.
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
Quality Control (QC) Department: Seeking skilled analysts for various sections. Roles include:
- Analyst/Officer (Analytical Lab): 2-5 years of experience. Proficient in operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and IR. Experience in raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis.
- Analyst/Officer (Microbiology): 2-5 years of experience. Experience in sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin testing, environmental monitoring, water testing, and media preparation.
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry/Microbiology), or B.Pharm.
Engineering & Maintenance Department: We are looking for technically proficient individuals to ensure smooth plant operations. Roles include:
- Technician/Engineer: 3-8 years of experience. Experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, water generation and distribution systems (purified water, WFI), and other utilities specific to sterile injectable plants.
- Qualifications: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
