- Prepare, review, and maintain QMS documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, and Incident Records.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Review and maintain quality documentation.
- Coordinate timely closure of QMS-related activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Strong knowledge of:

Key Responsibilities:
As a QA QMS Executive/Officer, your role will encompass:
- Preparation, review, and maintenance of QMS documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Effective handling of Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Change Control, and Incident Records.
- Ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) guidelines.
- Supporting and participating in internal and external quality audits.
- Reviewing and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.
- Coordinating the timely closure of all QMS-related activities.

- Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management Systems within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is mandatory.
