Open Positions & Key Requirements:
We are recruiting for Supervisor, Line In-Charge, and Operator roles across the following functions, all requiring 6-12 years of relevant experience:
1. Engineering Function
- Experience: 6-12 years in pharmaceutical engineering or maintenance.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant stream) OR B. Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent).
- Role Responsibilities: Candidates should demonstrate hands-on expertise in Process, Black Utility, Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical operations. This includes practical experience in plant operations, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, utility management, and ensuring strict compliance with GMP/Safety standards. Operators must be capable of independently managing and operating process equipment.
2. Packing Function
- Experience: 6-12 years in pharmaceutical packing operations.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical) OR B. Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
- Role Responsibilities: We seek professionals with practical experience in operating or supervising Blister, Bottle, or Sachet Packing Lines. Key duties involve managing line operations, effective manpower handling, and meticulous adherence to GMP/QMS documentation and procedures.
3. Warehouse Function
- Experience: 6-12 years in pharmaceutical warehouse management.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. OR B. Tech / B.E. or equivalent.
- Role Responsibilities: Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in various warehouse operations, including dispensing, ASRS, and eBMR systems. This encompasses proficiency in material handling, inventory management, comprehensive documentation, and strict adherence to GMP/QMS requirements. The role requires the ability to independently manage warehouse activities and foster strong team coordination.
