About the Opportunity:
This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for passionate Fresher R&D Chemists eager to kickstart their career in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be joining a crucial API division, contributing to vital research and development activities that drive innovation in drug manufacturing. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a state-of-the-art facility, providing a solid foundation for long-term professional growth in pharmaceutical R&D. We are looking for candidates who are keen learners, dedicated, and ready to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):
- Assisting in the synthesis and characterization of API intermediates and final products.
- Conducting experiments under supervision, meticulously recording observations, and analyzing results.
- Contributing to process development and optimization in an API manufacturing context.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborating effectively with senior chemists and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers only.
- Education: Must hold an M.Sc or B.Sc in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- Gender: This role is open to Male Candidates Only.
- Location Preference: Applicants must be residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
- Immediate Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
- Interview Process: Please note that all interviews will be conducted in person at the facility; there will be no virtual interviews for this position.
