About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to lead critical formulation and process development initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the development of new vaccine candidates and optimizing existing processes, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in vaccine formulation and a proven track record in a cGMP-compliant environment. You will play a key role in bringing life-changing innovations from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of vaccine formulations, including Pentavalent, Hexavalent, and Heptavalent combinations.
- Optimize antigens, adjuvants, stabilizers, and buffers for enhanced product stability and performance.
- Drive the formulation of bacterial, viral, and conjugate vaccines.
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and all relevant regulatory requirements throughout the development process.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and lead investigations into process deviations or product anomalies.
- Perform comprehensive literature reviews and patent research to inform and guide formulation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences.
- A Ph.D. is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience:
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Formulation Development, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Vaccines or Biologics.
