About the Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at our Dewas manufacturing facility. We are conducting a walk-in interview drive for various roles within our Production – API department, focusing on candidates with a strong background in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Who We’re Looking For:
We invite candidates with 2-6 years of relevant experience in WHO, MHRA, or USFDA-approved API manufacturing plants for the following positions:
- Sr. Officer / Officer: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.E., or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3-6 years experience)
- Sr. Chemist / Chemist: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.E., or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (2-5 years experience)
- Sr. Technician / Technician: 12th pass or ITI certification (2-5 years experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will play a crucial role in our API production operations, with responsibilities including:
- Efficiently charging and monitoring process batches in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Control Records (BPCRs).
- Supervising and coordinating with operators and technicians to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
- Ensuring the smooth execution of production activities while maintaining stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Operating and meticulously cleaning production equipment, and upholding the cleanliness of the work area.
- Guaranteeing continuous compliance with established production procedures and quality requirements.
