About the Role:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our vibrant Marketing (Product Management Team – PMT) as PMT Executives. This is an urgent and exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about pharmaceutical marketing to contribute to the success of our diverse product portfolio. As a key member of our PMT, you will be instrumental in executing strategic marketing plans, driving product growth, and ensuring our vital medications reach those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless product promotion, achieve sales targets, and enhance market penetration.
- Prepare and update high-quality promotional materials, presentations, and product training modules for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and gather market feedback to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to various stages of product lifecycle management, from launch planning to maturity optimization.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s (B.Pharm) or Master’s (M.Pharm) degree in Pharmacy is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience: We welcome applications from both fresh graduates eager to start their career in pharmaceutical marketing and professionals with up to 2 years of proven experience within a Product Management Team (PMT) in the pharmaceutical industry.
