The Opportunity:
We seek a proactive, energetic QC/QA Associate to contribute to our robust quality management system. This role offers early-career professionals hands-on experience in a critical function underpinning product integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Documenting QC/QA activities, including test results, deviations, and non-conformances.
- Supporting the development and implementation of quality procedures and protocols.
- Participating in internal audits and quality reviews.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring calibration schedules are adhered to.
- Collaborating with production and R&D teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years of professional experience.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding or direct experience with herbal and plant extracts, relevant to the health, nutrition, or pharmaceutical industries, is highly valued. Product knowledge from academic studies, internships, or prior roles (including sales) will be a significant asset.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Mindset: An energetic, eager, and proactive approach, with a keen desire to learn and grow within quality.
- Education: A degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field is preferred.
