Job Summary
We are actively seeking experienced and skilled Packing Operators to enhance our Packing – BQS B45 Department at our Gagillapur Unit in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be instrumental in operating BQS B45 packing machines and executing various pharmaceutical packing operations, including blister packing, carton packing, and labeling. This role demands strict adherence to cGMP documentation and an unwavering commitment to quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate and monitor BQS B45 packing machines.
- Perform blister packing, carton packing, and labeling activities as per SOPs.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GDP, and all safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate packing records and batch documentation.
- Execute line clearance procedures and support machine changeover activities.
- Conduct thorough in-process checks to uphold high packing quality standards.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with QA, IPQA, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Achieve daily and shift production targets efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Intermediate / ITI / Diploma / B.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical packing operations.
- Shift: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Pharmaceutical Packing Operations.
- Expertise in Blister Packing and Carton Packing.
- Proven ability to operate BQS B45 Packing Machines.
- Strong understanding of Quality Inspection and cGMP Documentation.
- Experience with Batch Documentation, Line Clearance, and Machine Changeover.
- Good communication skills, strong teamwork ability, and a positive learning attitude.
