We are building a high-performing team and invite experienced professionals to join our Maintenance department.
The Opportunity:
We are conducting a bulk hiring walk-in interview to recruit skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technicians for critical roles within our new OSD facility. This presents a prime opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in pharmaceutical maintenance, particularly within regulated environments, to advance their careers with a growing and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and reliability of our production systems. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Executing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across HVAC systems (electrical and mechanical), utility operations, and general plant machinery.
- Performing operations and monitoring for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS).
- Managing HT/LT electrical operations, along with electrical and mechanical instrumentation tasks.
- Tracking utility consumption and assessing equipment performance.
- Collaborating on equipment qualification activities.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation, equipment logbooks, and generating daily reports.
- Upholding stringent safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards at all times.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a relevant maintenance function within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Mandatory: Demonstrated working exposure in highly regulated environments (e.g., USFDA, MHRA).
- Essential: Prior experience specifically within Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facilities is a prerequisite.
