The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking experienced and dedicated pharmaceutical professionals to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Vapi, Gujarat. This is an exceptional chance to contribute to a leading organization across various critical departments.
Open Positions (2-12 Years Experience):
- Maintenance:
- Roles: Sr. Officer / Officer (B.E. Electrical), Assistant (ITI / Diploma – Fitter/Electrical)
- Responsibilities: Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot plant equipment/utilities, manage documentation and spare parts, and support regulatory audits.
- Quality Control:
- Roles: Sr. Officer / Officer / Executive (B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm)
- Responsibilities: Perform analysis of solid oral dosage formulations, operate instruments like HPLC and Dissolution, conduct method validation, and manage OOS/OOT investigations.
- Quality Assurance:
- Roles: Sr. Officer / Officer (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Responsibilities: Handle validation and qualification activities, perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), ensure USFDA quality system compliance, and support engineering/QA coordination.
- Manufacturing (Packing):
- Roles: Operator (10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm; B.Pharm mandatory for Apprentice)
- Responsibilities: Oversee capsule/tablet manufacturing processes, operate various packing machines (compression, coating, granulation, blister, cartonator), and ensure SOP adherence.
- Stores (Warehouse):
- Roles: Officer / Associate (Any Graduate for Officer; ITI & D.Pharm for Operator)
- Responsibilities: Manage raw and packing material inventory, handle finished goods storage, maintain warehouse documentation, and ensure GMP compliance.
- Information Technology:
- Roles: Officer / Executive (BCA / MCA / B.E. Instrumentation)
- Responsibilities: Provide PC/SCADA support, maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation, manage databases, servers, networks, cybersecurity, and QMS activities.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for professionals with proven experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of GMP, quality standards, and relevant departmental operations.
