About the Apprenticeship Program
We are excited to offer a dynamic 1-year Apprenticeship Program designed for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for 20 motivated individuals to join our Production and Manufacturing departments at our advanced Vaccines Site. This program provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing processes under the guidance of industry experts.
Key Learning & Development Areas
As an apprentice, you will:
- Immerse yourself in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and stringent safety protocols essential for pharmaceutical production.
- Support various stages of vaccine production and manufacturing operations.
- Contribute to daily departmental activities and team objectives.
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions and workshops to build essential technical skills.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to understand process flows, quality control, and operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria
We invite applications from enthusiastic candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Life Science, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Sciences.
- Graduation Year: Only candidates who have graduated in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.
