About the Opportunity

Gland Pharma Ltd. invites enthusiastic fresh Diploma and B.Sc. graduates to join our comprehensive 1-Year Apprenticeship Program in the Production Department. This program, under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on training, invaluable industry exposure, and a strong foundation in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do
As an Apprentice in Production, you will:
- Receive in-depth training on various aspects of pharmaceutical production and manufacturing operations.
- Engage directly with machinery and processes under expert supervision.
- Learn to adhere to stringent quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing.
Who We Are Looking For
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry), ITI, or Diploma holders.
- Experience: Freshers – no prior experience required.
- Eligible Batches: Graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 are encouraged to apply.
- Work Ethic: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Important Note: Applicants should not be currently enrolled under ESI & PF schemes.
