Job Title: Production Technician (OSD) – Walk-In Interview

The Opportunity:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Production Technicians to join our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) department at our Pithampur manufacturing plant. Roles & Responsibilities (Production Technician – OSD):
We have openings across two specialized areas:
1. Primary & Secondary Packing:
- Operate and manage machinery involved in liquid syrup, paste, and ointment manufacturing.
- Oversee liquid syrup filling, CVC bottle filling lines, and all primary & secondary packing operations.
- Proficiently operate blister packing machines.
- Execute machine operations, cleaning protocols, changeovers, alarm handling, and meticulous documentation in accordance with GMP.
2. Granulation / Compression:
- Perform processes related to granulation, compression, and liquid & paste manufacturing.
- Operate and manage equipment for top spray and roller compaction processes.
- Handle machine operations, cleaning, changeovers, alarm handling, and general equipment maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Candidates must hold a D.Pharm, Diploma, or ITI qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Production (OSD) is required.
- Regulatory Compliance: Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in USFDA/EU-GMP approved manufacturing facilities.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production equipment operation and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.
